| About us. ALTO Management Services is a family run business using the talents of Alison and Peter Huth. The Huth family owned Lilyponds Holiday Park in Mapleton from July 1992 until August 2010. Mapleton is a small village in Queensland’s Sunshine Coast hinterland. The park is a small mixed business of tourism and long term residents. All members of the family have been actively involved in running the business since 1992, and every job has been filled by one or more of them over the years. Hands on operators gain hands on experience and through that develop a thorough understanding of what the work demands. The caravan park industry has a vast array of sizes and styles of caravan parks, but they all need to provide their customers with high quality customer service, spotless amenities and accommodation and value for money. Because we all work in the industry we all know the industry, you cannot beat hands-on experience as a way to develop a knowledge base.

In 1999 she joined the National Accreditation Committee for the federal body of the Caravan, RV & Accommodation Industry of Australia. In 2000 she became the National Accreditation Manager, this job involved developing and promoting the fledgling accreditation program throughout Australia. She retired from this job in June 2005 to spent more time on ALTO Management Services. Her role in ALTO Management Services is to develop the park specific operations manuals, undertake the confidential assessment process for each application, liaise with the park operators. Alison gained her Diploma in Caravan Park Management in 2008

In addition to making sure Lilyponds Holiday Park keeps growing his role in ALTO Management Services is to manage the finances and travel. He and Alison work together to do the OH&S/ WH&S audits. Peter gained his Diploma in Caravan Park Management in 2008 |
